It offered outstanding service and good food too.

Greatly enjoyed my very nice stay which is very handy if you had a late night out. The location was marvellous, close to the metro, in the very interesting area. After long day I visited L'etincelle for a couple of drinks...

Very good servise, nice and clean rooms, good location

The room was good sized when upgraded with shower, a complimentary mini bar of soft drinks which is a nice touch, as example. The breakfast was complementary and savoury, it had delightful meals. The staff were amicable and location was good.

Very clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, quiet surroundings. Free snacks a very good idea.

Missed a restaurant/bar that would be open in the evenings, the lounge therefore almost too quiet. A minibar in the room would be nice.

It was a great fit for a quick stop in Paris with good value for cost. They served us breakfast in the lobby when we arrived early.

The hotel design look amazing, the hotel stuff was very helping and nice, the rooms are amazing as well.The open bar in the afternoon is a great idea!

The hotel room is a little small but it was ok for us (we stayed 5 nights). the breakfast was the same everyday with no vegetables...

I was on business for 2 days and felt very relaxed, plus I was able to work in both my room and in the lobby area with wi-fi and take advantage of refreshements that were available at no additional charge! The staff were also very helpful in suggestions regarding restaurants and metro travel!

Room was excellent design and very clean.Breakfast was so delicious.Metro station is near hotel ,about 300 meters.Safe location.

We had a problem about our checkin time.At 15h00 our room was not ready,it was ok at 15h30 .

We were delighted with the Hotel. Comfortable, quiet, exceptionally clean and modern and excellent facilities. Good breakfast and hot drinks at any time. Close to metro and good restaurants.

Lovely hotel. Reception staff friendly & attentive. Rooms very comfortable and smartly designed. Hotel is within easy reach of metro/over ground train stations (St. Lazare being one of them). The are around it seemed very safe with lots of cafes & bars and is about 20 min walk to Champs Elysees.

The continental breakfast was adequate, the major down point was the tinned fruit. Fresh fruit should have been served

Being sent across the road for breakfast was a bit strange (as they didn't really explain very well what was going on!), and occasional interesting treatment by staff (being sent away until our room was ready, when we returned at the appointed time we were asked to wait so that he could check if our room was ready and then I guess he forgot to come tell us it was until I went up and asked again). Not particularly problematic, just not really putting the customer first.

We had a wonderful time soaking up the afternoon snacks and drinks while relaxing in the lovely atrium. The room was clean with a nice balcony view, and the daily breakfast buffet was a great way to start our mornings. Just a heads up, it can get a little noisy in the evenings, but it didn’t really take away from our experience! 😊
